Pure, transparent and hollow cubes (with more contact surface): Use the MGC series to quickly cool down and spice the taste and color of your drinks and recipes. Available in five different models, they yield a daily output of 25 to 75 Kg of hollow ice-cubes, effectively meeting the needs of bars, restaurants, etc. that offer a refined and varied service.
The cubes are formed thanks to cooled stems dipped into a basin filled to the brim with water, where there are rotating blades that keep their size in check, for a steady result from the first to the last ice cube; once the ice has formed, the cubes are made to drop into the isolated polyurethane compartment beneath by a reduction gear that tips the basin over. Outer bodywork in stainless steel, falling door for smoother access to the ice; available in two cooling versions, air (A) and water (W).
Due to the avoidance of the use of jets / nozzles to create the ice this series of machines is highly effective in hard water areas.
