Delivery:

Oliver Kelleher Castlebar Ltd, trading as www.okcs.ie, offer FREE delivery on all orders over €80 & vat in the Republic of Ireland. A flat Rate of €8.61 (incl vat) €7 ex vat applies on orders below €80 & vat (Rep of Ireland only) For delivery rates to Northern Ireland please contact our customer service team on 00353 94 9022300.

When we receive your order, in most cases it will be processed and dispatched, within 3 working days.

If in the event that your order is delayed in any way, if items are not in stock, or we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you via phone or email to make alternative arrangements.

Please note that a signature is required upon delivery.

In the event of delivery refusal, or our couriers are unable to deliver a parcel, carriage is non-refundable on all orders and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Orders can also be collected at our Showroom/Warehouse in Castlebar, Co. Mayo, by Clicking the Click & Collect Option at checkout.


Delivery terms for Heavy Equipment:

Please call regarding delivery of heavy equipment. Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. Delivery does not include negotiating lifts or stairs. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery does not include unpacking, positioning or assembling items.

Some of our larger products are not stocked and may be delivered directly to you from our supplier.


Returns:

Oliver Kelleher Castlebar Ltd. operates a 30 day money back guarantee for all products purchased through www.okcs.ie. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase unused and in its original packaging for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.

To ensure you follow our returns procedure call us on 094 9022300 to notify us of your return and to obtain details on how to return your product. Once your return is approved we will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number.

Items purchased online can also be returned to our Cash & Carry showrooms in Castlebar. All refunds will be via the original payment method only, no cash refunds will be provided. All returns to our showrooms must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice received with your order. Please be aware that for large items a restocking fee may apply. Special order item returns will incur a 50% handling charge. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse, and all goods returned must be in their original packaging. Oliver Kelleher Castlebar Ltd takes no responsibility for items returned that are lost in transit, so it is recommended that all items are returned via recorded delivery.

Goods that are found to be damaged on delivery must be reported to Oliver Kelleher Castlebar Ltd within 24 hours, and marked as damaged on the delivery docket upon receipt of delivery. If the item is clearly damaged on delivery, we advise you to take a picture before opening the goods. If an item is defective please contact us immediately to arrange return, refund or exchange no later than 7 days from receipt of goods. Damaged or defective goods will be returned at no cost to the customer.



Warranty, Repairs & Spare Parts.

In the unlikely event that a product fails during its warranty period, please contact our service team on 00353 94 9022431 to arrange a repair. Please ensure you have your order number, product model number and product serial number to hand before calling to speed up the repair process. Goods are supplied with a manufacturers 1 year guarantee unless otherwise stated. The warranty does not include damage due to wear and tear, misuse, products that have been interfered with or altered, or products that have ‘no commercial warranty’. Equipment that requires repair within warranty but where in our judgement has been misused or not maintained properly will be charged for. We will contact you prior to doing any work in this case. Oliver Kelleher Castlebar Ltd shall be under no liability to carry out warranty repairs if the goods have not been paid by the due date for payment.



Back to Base Warranty Repairs

If your product has a back to base repair warranty. Please call us on 00353 94 9022431 to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number and details on how to return your product.

Other Ordering Options.

We invite you to visit our 10000 sq foot Cash & Carry, which is open Monday to Friday 9-6pm and Saturday 10-2pm. All our products are on display and our sales team are on hand to help.

Click and Collect Option – If you choose the Click & Collect option we will notify you once your order is ready for collection from our Cash & Carry showrooms. If goods are not collected after 14 days they will be put back into stock.
